• that the property is within the current Fort Bend County service territory;
• that the requested work is within the available service scope;
• that scheduling or a particular response time is available;
• that an appointment has been created;
• that an estimate will be provided; or
• that the request will be accepted for service.

Website descriptions are not an estimate, quote, contract, warranty, guarantee, or promise that a particular activity is included. Tree removal, trimming or pruning, stump grinding, and storm-related work can involve different conditions and scope questions.

Any estimate or later service agreement should identify the work proposed, relevant exclusions, access or property constraints, scheduling and payment terms, and how changes will be handled. Debris handling, hauling, stump-grinding depth, visible roots, surface condition, cleanup, equipment, permits, utility coordination, and other adjacent tasks must not be assumed unless they are expressly included in an approved written scope.

If you accept a separate written agreement for service, that agreement—not this website copy—controls the service transaction to the extent of any conflict. Cancellation, payment, refund, warranty, dispute, and other transaction terms are determined by that separate agreement and applicable law.

You may use the website for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You may not knowingly:

• interfere with the website, forms, security, or other users;
• submit malicious code, automated spam, deceptive requests, or information you are not authorized to provide;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• copy, modify, or exploit website content in violation of applicable rights; or
• use the website for unlawful activity.

We may block requests or access reasonably believed to threaten the website, its systems, or other people.
