Overview
Effective date: July 30, 2026
Fort Bend Tree Pros ("Fort Bend Tree Pros," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and its estimate-request channels. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit the website, submit a request, send a photo, email us, or call us.
Policy Detail
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an estimate or contact request, we may collect:
- your name, phone number, and email address;
- the ZIP code, address, or general location of the property;
- the service requested and details about the tree, stump, storm event, access, or other concern;
- a photograph you choose to upload; and
- information you include in an email, form message, or conversation.
Do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed to describe the service request.
Website and device information
Our hosting and security systems may process standard connection and diagnostic information, including your internet protocol address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and information used to detect abuse or troubleshoot errors. The estimate form also sends the page where the request began, the referring website's hostname, and any utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign values in the page URL.
Calls, recordings, and transcriptions
Calls may be recorded, transcribed, or both after an audio disclosure. We may also receive call details such as the calling number, time, and duration. We use this information to route and handle requests, evaluate lead quality, resolve disputes, and grade call handling.
If you do not want to continue after hearing the recording or transcription disclosure, end the call and email service@fortbendtreepros.com.
Policy Detail
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- review and respond to an estimate or service request;
- check whether a property is within the service territory;
- understand the requested work and communicate about the request;
- route the request to a local service partner for review and follow-up;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and contact systems;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and duplicate submissions;
- evaluate lead and call quality and maintain appropriate business records; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect rights, property, and safety.
Submitting a request does not guarantee service coverage, scheduling, a response time, an estimate, or acceptance of the work.
Policy Detail
Local service-partner routing
By submitting an estimate or contact request, you ask us to send the request to a local service partner so it can be reviewed and answered. The information sent may include your contact details, property ZIP code or location, requested service, message, optional photo, submission identifier, originating page, referring hostname, and campaign-source values.
The service partner may contact you by phone or email about that request and is responsible for any later estimate or service agreement it offers. Form submission is not consent to recurring marketing texts, prerecorded telemarketing, or unrelated marketing. The current website is not configured to run targeted advertising or advertising pixels. The intended disclosure of an estimate request is the local service-partner routing described above.
Policy Detail
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- the local service partner asked to review and answer the request;
- vendors that provide website hosting, lead-management, telecommunications, call recording or transcription, email, security, and related support;
- professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and
- a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.
Vendor handling is governed by each vendor's terms and privacy policies and by applicable law. A local service partner becomes responsible for information it collects during any later estimate or service relationship.
Policy Detail
Retention
Retention varies by record type, business-record needs, legal requirements, and the settings or policies of the lead-management, telecommunications, hosting, and other systems involved. We do not promise a fixed deletion date in this policy. You may request deletion as described below; some records may need to be retained when permitted or required by law or for legitimate operational needs.
Policy Detail
Security
The website uses technical controls designed to reduce risk, including field validation, origin checks, authenticated forwarding to the lead-management endpoint, request-rate controls, and file-type and file-size restrictions for photos. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send information that is unnecessary for the request.
Policy Detail
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain legally defined sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. This website does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To make a request, email service@fortbendtreepros.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or call (281) 953-6277. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Authorized agents may be required to show authority to act. If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain the basis for the appeal.
You may also contact us before submitting if you have questions about service-partner routing. We may need to direct a request to a vendor or service partner that holds the relevant record.

Third-party links
The website may link to Google Maps, utilities, government agencies, educational resources, and other third-party websites. Those websites are governed by their own privacy notices. A link does not mean we control the third party's practices.
